We have a 10hp diesel two wheeled tractor with rotavator, scythe and flail mower attachments. It is ideal for paddocks, wildlife meadows and habitat management on steep ground. Tree Surgery & Woodland Management- We have a skilled team of arborists who carry out tree pruning, crown reductions, crown lifting, deadwood removal and tree felling. For every tree we fell we replace with a new native tree in our woodland. If your trees are in a Conservation area or have a Tree Preservation Order, we can carry out the necessary planning applications on your behalf. All tree work is carried out with reference to BS3998 : 2010 Recommendations.
We carry out various practical woodland management tasks including tree felling, thinning, brashing, coppicing, tree planting, beating up etc. We have experience of working in the biomass industry and have worked extensively with willow short rotation coppice and poplar trees. We can act as your agent undertaking English Woodland Grant Scheme applications and Felling license applications.
Tree Surveys/Inspections- Whether you have one or hundreds of trees we are able to provide a survey and inspection service to meet your needs. Several levels of survey and inspection are offered including the use of the Quantified Tree Risk Assessment methodology. In all cases our surveyors and inspectors are experienced professionals holding recognised qualifications in tree inspection.
