I set up my gardening company in 1998 to provide a bespoke service to private and commercial clients in the North Devon and Somerset area. My company is fully insured to £5 million. All staff undergo regular external and in house training, are liveried and work to the highest standards with care and efficiency.          We have a policy of reinvestment in the company and all equipment is modern and well maintained.

 

I have undertaken voluntary work for the Exmoor National Park Authority and The National Trust. I am a member of the RHS, RFS and an Associate member of the Arboricultural Association. Devon Association of Smallholders and the Federation of Small Businesses.

I am chairman of Chulmleigh in Bloom and have designed and created many of their permanent plantings to fulfill Britain in Bloom/RHS obligation to Agenda 21.

My company is a corporate supporter of  Devon Wildlife Trust & Devon Environmental Business Initiative whose mission is to encourage best environmental practice throughout Devon. We have an environmental policy and best practice guidlines to minimise our impact on the environment.

 

We specialise in wildlife friendly gardening, we plant naturalistic gardens that benefit both you,our clients and the butterflies, bees and other insects that visit your garden. We plant trees, shrubs, perennials and wildflower plugs, we build wildlife ponds and create and manage both traditional and raised bed vegetable gardens.

On hard landscaping projects we use reclaimed or renewable materials wherever possible, minimising our impact on the environment. We supply and erect bespoke willow hurdle fences from sustainable West Country willow. We supply and erect bird feeding stations and nest boxes, bat, lacewing, ladybird and masonry bee shelters. 
We also supply and install irrigation systems linked to rainwater harvesting systems.
