Tree Surveys

We can carry out tree surveys and inspections on groups of trees or on individuals, from visual tree inspections through to detailed inspections and where necessary using modern decay detecting equipment. We can recommend action and rate risk for trees inspected in a detailed report.

Tree Work

We have a skilled team of arborists and can carry out tree pruning, crown reductions, crown lifting, deadwood removal and tree felling. For every tree we fell we replace with a new native tree in our woodland. 

 All tree work is carried out to BS3998 : 1989 Recommendations.

Vegetation Management

4wd & Two wheeled tractor with flail & scythe

Our two wheeled tractor can be operated with a 45" scythe cutter bar, which is ideal for cutting overgrown grass, wildflowers, bracken, gorse, brambles and weeds. It can be used with a 32" flail mower unit, which has free-swinging cutters, designed to cope with almost any cutting task efficiently and effectively. We can also undertake further work with brushcutters, clearing saws and chainsaws to complement use of the above machine. For orchards and finer grass we have a Kubota 4wd tractor with a 120cm finishing mower.

Hire prices start from £100 inclusive of one operator, fuel and transport.

Planting wildflower plugs

We supply wildfower plugs in mixed habitat trays or as single species trays of 104 plugs, we can supply any amount of trays for any planting job. All wildflower plugs are grown in peat free compost and are drawn from known provenance UK native sources.Costs are £59.99 per tray, the planting charge for one tray is £15.

Hedge and tree planting

Pond and stream construction
